Refund and Cancellation Policy


  1. SENDIT – the service and/or application provided by the Provider on the Website as described in this T&C.
  2. Provider – company Green Light Solutions s.r.o. , corporate ID No. 24662828 , with its registered office at BB C - Delta, Vyskocilova 1561/4A, 140 00 Prague 4 ,registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court in Prague, File No. C 164322, registered in the Czech Republic.
  3. Website – website accessible on the link domain providing interface for the SENDIT.
  4. T&C – The Terms & Conditions contain general terms and conditions applicable for and governing the use of SENDIT by User(s). Each and every User is encouraged to get acquainted with T&C in detail. By commencing any use of SENDIT services every User accepts and acknowledges T&C and confirms their unconditional and full acceptance.
  5. RCP – This Refund and Cancellation Policy that is addendum to the Article 6 of the T&C.
  6. User – natural person of age of 13 years or more, and/or corporation using the SENDIT by uploading the Files on the SENDIT, creating Batch and distributing links to other persons. In order to access SENDIT User shall provide own valid e-mail address. The term User may also include both the Registered User and Premium User as defined below.
  7. Registered User – User who has registered himself with the Provider by providing valid e-mail address and by establishing unique password in order to log-in to SENDIT regularly or in order to use enhanced SENDIT services available to Registered Users. The term Registered User may also include Premium User. Access to Registered User` s account on SENDIT and use of SENDIT services is completely free of charge.
  8. Premium User – Registered User who agreed to pay the Fee for using SENDIT without total uploaded files limit and without limit on set expiration limit of Batches. Default expiration of any Batch for the Premium User is set to 3 months. Premium User can also utilise enhanced options and functions and thus unlock full potential of SENDIT capabilities and tools.
  9. Fee – the monthly or yearly fee for premium SENDIT services provided to Premium Users.
  10. Consumer – User, Registered User or Premium User who is a natural person and not an entrepreneur and who is using SENDIT for other purposes (usually private) than business purposes.


  1. The SENDIT service shall be provided immediately after the payment for service is processed and Provider receives the payment.
  2. The User expressly agrees that the Provider shall start to provide SENDIT service before the end of 14 days period under which the User / or Consumer would normally had a right to terminate the usage of the SENDIT as Premium User.
  3. The User / or Consumer further expressly agrees and understands that due to nature of the service no premature termination of SENDIT service provision is possible.
  4. The Provider also notifies Users / or Consumers about the following:
    1. the costs of communication through electronic means does not differ from the base rate (e.g. free communication through e-mail);
    2. no advance or similar payment is required (e.g. once the payment is processed the Premium User may immediately use the SENDIT);
    3. SENDIT for the Premium User can be contracted as recurring service depending on the choice of the Premium User either for 1 month or for 1 year (12 calendar months) the price for the chosen period shall be same as for the previous period, unless pricing change has been communicated to the Premium User before the renewal of the subscription;
  5. No refunds are provided by the Provider, and no termination of the provision of SENDIT is possible once the provision of SENDIT begins.
  6. The Consumer having any dispute with the Provider can also elect to utilise Alternative Dispute Resolution by contacting the Czech Trade Inspection Authority by the ADR form as provided on the website


  1. All rights and obligations arising out of or in connection to this RCP are construed, governed, interpreted and enforced according to the laws of the Czech Republic.
  2. Rights and obligations of the contracting parties, which are not regulated by these RCP are regulated by the T&C or by the contract, implied or actual, or are governed by law.
  3. If any condition or provision of these RPC is declared as invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the meaning of the given provision will be interpreted within the closest possible extent so that this provision may be considered as enforceable; in case this provision does not have any such possible interpretation, it will be separated from the rest of these RCP, which will remain fully valid and effective. The interpretation of this provision will be replaced by a provision of the applicable legal norm which corresponds most closely to the purpose of an unenforceable provision.
  4. The Provider reserves the right to change this RCP from time to time. User shall periodically check the revisions of these RCP as he is bound by the changed wording of the RCP from the first day of the next month following the month the revision has been enacted and made public. The continued use of the SENDIT by the User is considered as consent to the changed RCP.
  5. These RCP are written in the English language, which shall prevail over other language versions of these RCP.
  6. These RCP become valid and effective as of 1 October 2017.
